SOCCER AND BASKETBALL PLAYERS TRAIN WITH US BECAUSE:

PARENTS OF YOUNG ATHLETES WANT THEIR KIDDO TO BEGIN BUILDING A SOLID FOUNDATION OF MOVEMENT SKILLS AND POSTURAL STRENGTH.

They want their athlete to have access to what they didn’t have as kids––something that’ll set them up for success in sport now and an understanding of “how to” for later in life.

We believe your training consistency is the biggest key to attaining any or all of the above––to improving confidence or performance metrics, to building a foundation of movement skills and working to “prevent” injury.

AND, we believe a relationship centered training environment is the key to your consistency. If you feel seen and supported, you’re going to want to show up week in and week out to do the work.

Age and ability appropriate session design is an oft overlooked factor of a training environment building consistency. If you’re (your athlete is) being asked to understand concepts beyond your (their) ability to, you (they) won’t thrive in that session.

It’s the same on the other hand too. If you’re ready to take on more but we don’t give you more, the work will feel purposeless.

Each program we offer designed with athlete age and ability level in mind so the work is the perfect balance of fun and purposeful––so you want to put in the work, week in and week out.

PROGRAMS:

Foundations is our game-based performance program. Tag: perfect agility training. Racing: perfect speed development.

Game-based performance encourages your athlete to find creative movement solutions to movement ‘problems’. Being creative in structured and unstructured play develops more creativity in the flow of play––you’ll move more fluidly / efficiently; you’ll reduce your risk of injury.

Best for athletes 7-11yo

Development I is our introduction to strength for performance.

Introducing strength for performance establishes awareness as to how a basic strength movement or strength in a particular posture translates to on-field or on-court performance.

Best for athletes 11-13yo

Development II is our transition from a group-programmed session to a micro-group session with a program designed specifically for each athlete.

Before training begins, a consultation and movement screen must be scheduled –– the information gathered in this consultation will be used to write your program.

Best for athletes 13+yo

Peak is our advanced athlete program.

An advanced athlete is one who’s motivation is no longer driven externally. The internal motivation to get better is now the driver, and we transition from coach to mentor.
