30-minute Lifts

stay strong, stay fresh and less likely to get injured with a 30-minute lift right before or right after school.

THE BIG IDEA:

With school back in session and club / high school seasons back in full swing, time gets tight. Real tight!

BUT, athletes that continue strength training in-season –– compared to athletes who don’t –– feel fresher deeper into season, are less likely to get injured and bounce back faster from minor knocks when they do happen.

Our solution to the feeling of having no time to get your strength and power work in while knowing the benefits if you did, is to offer 30-minute lift sessions.

AND, with our new scheduling software and just getting the lift in, we’re able to allow you to pick the session start time.

EXAMPLES

School’s out at 2:45p and it’s a 20min drive to AGY. Schedule your session for 3:05p.

Practice is 5:30p at Scheels and you just wanna lift and go straight to practice. Schedule your session for 4:40p.
